Backup Packages

All packages are billed monthly.

    Basic Package

      -$25.00 per month
      -3GB of online storage with professional installation services.
      -Additional storage is $3.00 per GB
      -Backup support is $75.00 per hour

    Business Package

      -$45.00 per month
      -5GB of online storage with professional installation services
      -Additional storage is $3.00 per GB
      -Free backup and recovery support

Service Contracts

Service contracts include online backups, consulting and service.

Plan: Business

    -Five hours of support per month.
    -15gb of remote backup storage.
    -Monthly contract rate - $225.00. This covers five hours of time for service calls and support. Each hour over the five is charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour. All hardware and equipment expenses are done on a reimbursement basis (actual costs, no markups.)

Plan: Business Plus

    -Six hours of support per month.
    -25gb of remote backup storage.
    -Monthly contract rate - $300.00. This covers six hours of time for service calls and support. Each hour over the six is charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour. All hardware and equipment expenses are done on a reimbursement basis (actual costs, no markups.)

Plan: Corporate

    -Ten hours of support per month.
    -35gb of remote backup storage.
    -Monthly contract rate - $525.00. This covers 10 hours of time for service calls and support. Each hour over the ten is charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour. All hardware and equipment expenses are done on a reimbursement basis (actual costs, no markups.)


Plan: Corporate Plus

    -Fifteen hours of support per month.
    -50gb of remote backup storage.
    -Monthly contract rate - $825.00. This covers 15 hours of time for service calls and support. Each hour over the fifteen is charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour. All hardware and equipment expenses are done on a reimbursement basis (actual costs, no markups.)


Hourly rate customers

We are committed to providing the highest level of expertise possible.

    IT maintainence, consulting and backup services are billed at $135.00 per hour for clients that do not currently hold a service or backup contract with Eministration.
